Poor services
Poor services. Purchased two games last three days for my boy and they all aren't working.
Called the support and they couldn't even give any useless service. I really felt bad.

They are horrible
They are horrible. I work with a guy qith special needs. He saved to get a playstation plus card. Somwhere between the store and home he lost it, but we had the receipt. The store said we had to call playstation support and they said there's nothing they can do. I read the # on the receipt to them and they said those numbers don't mean anything. What's the Fu&king point of having a receipt? Now he is crushed and I can't explain it to him. It's 2022!!! Why keep a receipt if it won't help! Get an Xbox

I had trouble with my internet from…
I had trouble with my internet from spectrum. Had to disconnect from services and reconnect.. I have an older PS3 that works great.. yet I cannot reconnect it.. having big issues cause I don't have that same number from 18 years ago... they cannot get a hold of me to reconnect cause their current online assistance doesn't allow me to change my old phone number with my current number . I tried changing email o. My Playstation yet it goes back to an older previous email account I haven't used in 20 years... won't let me change... I cannot actually talk to a tech (representative) cause the number they gave me doesn't work.. than I tried o. Line chat and that's about a 24 hour waiting list and they say to stay on line or I will get disconnected.... it's a terrible situation .. I TRIED OPENING another account yet was denied due to it being an older model they send me a code to enter into it yet it won't accept it... This Sucks... Playstation let me down. Time for me to invest in an X-BOX... I'm hoping their technical support team actually works..

My son purchased a game on the Playstation network. When he started the game there was an issue after he was in the game. When I contacted playstation to let them know that the game was not working they told me they couldn't issue a refund because the game had been streamed already. I mentioned that the problem happened after we streamed the game and there was nothing we could do about it.

So the policy looks like if you stream the game you are out of luck on a refund. This is the case and there is nothing they can do about it even if you have to stream the game before you get to the problem that is inside the game. Terrible but classic used car salesman tactics. I would recommend not using playstation network if you can avoid it.

PS Is now Puta Scam
26/04 i bought subscription, 27/04 i stopped subscription and asked for a refund. They didn't refund because in the refund module they thook i was only asking questions (what the f?). I write another time to say i literally said i dont need subscription if there Is not psnow, i want refund, they said now its too late, 14 days passed. I write one moore time saying that is theyr foult because i stop subscription 1 Day later and the same day i asked refund, they just said me you have 14 days to stop subscription and ask refund (im not a mathematic but 1 Day Is less than 14 days). Stay away from PS, they know only to take money and answer like troglodits (are we sure they understand english?)

They steal your money. They keep subscriptions activated after you manually deactivate them. they permanently suspended my child's account and won't speak to me to tell me why. If you use PS never ever buy digitsal games. Hundreds of dollars stolen from me.

I have been a PlayStation fan since the red rings
I have been a PlayStation fan for years. That is until I started using my personal credit card to find my endeavors on the game. But it seems PlayStation America is bound and determined to alienate any and all adults with credit cards. The credit card system is almost as useless as it is frustrating. Nowhere else in the United States where you found a company so eager not to take your money. As a corporation I cannot understand how they have not figured out that if you cannot get paid you lose. So I'm locked out of an account that I've had for many many years because yet again I'm having troubles putting in my freaking credit card information and extending my thing extend my online gaming. I was so furious at X box's red rings of death and their crap service. I moved to playstation as my favorite and only console . Well now I have no access to any of the things that I bought on the PlayStation Network I can't play online I can't do any of that I can't even get help from their s***** support system because there's no way for them to help me that is anywhere in their automated system. They leave you vague and complete instructions they don't seem to really want your money don't give it to him let PlayStation America slip into decline. It will happen as as people aren't going to be fond of not being able to get into their accounts or or to even put funds into their account unless they buy through the outside source it shouldn't be this complicated it's a freaking credit card you put the information in there you go but not with the PlayStation Network for some reason they want every freaking little I dotted and everything like that I called the bank I got the exact address I got everything down to the to the exact address everything associated with my credit card. And still it gives me error messages. Well next buy will be the latest X box it seems.

I was playing Black Ops 4. I received a random message from another player saying that I'll be banned. I laughed at him. Then he said a friend of his from PlayStation will ban my account. I said that was a violation and report-able offense. A few minutes later, I was kicked offline. Suspended from PSN for a week for vulgar language, etc. I didn't even say anything against the Terms of Service. I tried appealing my suspension. The website said my account wasn't suspended. I tried contacting Live Chat. The moment I mentioned my suspension. The chat ended after waiting an hour in line to speak with a representative. I could NOT appeal, nor confirm if my suspension was legit. After the suspension ended. I looked at the message I received and all of the chats were removed by Playstation Safety. Although I never said anything offensive. I tried contacting Live Chat again and received this message.

"Back again so soon? Unfortunately, our Chat support has not been effective for you. Please try again tomorrow."

I haven't tried contacting Live Chat for an entire WEEK.

Once I get the money, I am getting a Lawyer!

No Refunds or Support for Unauthorized Transactions.
Unauthorized purchases that were made on my Playstation account were not refunded. I explained that EA Games support took more than 14 days to reply that caused my transactions to exceed the 14 day refund policy, but my agent provided no accommodations or flexibility regarding my case at all. I will be cancelling all of my family's business with Playstation immediately following this very frustrating and unsupportive experience.

Just the worst people
the worst support in the world. there is no one to talk to too. They want you to tweet psnow and they will get back to you in four hours if you are lucky. The support site, they ask you to fill in list and list but you never get to talk to anyone. And if from the drop-down list if the issue does not relate to your issue, too bad. Went to US site, the only one with chat. After an hour of waiting. I got to talk to someone. The minutes i said i was from Ireland. He just shut me down.. im talking like just bang close.
